I use a psychodynamic approach, which means I work with you to develop a deeper understanding of how your family history, life experience, and current stressors contribute to the issues that bring you to therapy. The relationship developed in psychotherapy over time is an important resource, because it offers an opportunity to directly examine and explore these issues.
Couples Therapy
Also using a psychodynamic approach, I work with couples to achieve greater understanding and satisfaction in their relationship.
In addition to my general psychotherapy practice, I have a subspecialty in the psychology of reproductive health issues. See below for a description of services.
